Cressi Supernova Dry Snorkel Review
Where to buy
With all the gear it takes to go scuba diving, divers may want to cut their costs by choosing a cost-effective snorkel. The Cressi Supernova Dry is a great option, suited to a wide range of environments. This snorkel is particularly tall, so it will be higher than a lot of waves, even amidst rough conditions. The snorkel is so tall, however, that it may be difficult for a diver to breathe deep enough to prevent the creation of a dead air space.
Furthermore, the splash guard protects inhalations—a particularly notable addition at this price. Another great feature of this snorkel is the special valve on top that seals the airway during your dive. When you come up, you can breathe into your snorkel without clearing it.
Things we like:
- This snorkel offers a lot of features at a low price point
- Splash guard will help novice snorkelers feel comfortable in the water
Things we don't like:
- Special valve is not safe nor suitable for freediving
- Snorkel height may make it difficult to avoid creating a dead air space

Why buy from Amazon?
Amazon has a documented Prime delivery program that covers millions of items, and that is the most concrete order-related support behind buying here.

Why buy from House of Scuba?
House of Scuba publishes a defined return process for eligible items, including when credit or a refund applies and where fees or exclusions can affect the outcome. If you want the retailer's own terms in place before ordering, that is the most concrete reason to buy here.
It also states a continental U.S. free-shipping offer with exclusions, so the order terms are not left entirely to guesswork. That does not guarantee every item qualifies, but the policy itself is part of the buying case.
Worth knowing
Some customers describe friction around returns or refunds, and some also report slower replies or needing extra follow-up when they asked for help after ordering. Read the return terms closely before placing the order, especially the condition, packaging, and fee limits that can change the result.
