Mares’ Cyrano 1.1 HFT is the only pneumatic speargun to feature in our pick of the best high-level spearguns. By offsetting the internal barrel to the external by 0.16 inches (4 mm) higher, Mares has reduced the distance between the line of aim and the top of the shaft for more accurate targeting.
The external barrel is hydroformed which adds to the buoyancy and hydrodynamics of this sleek gun. One piece of anodized aluminum forms the muzzle and lessens friction when the shaft exits. If you’re after a high-end pneumatic, the Cyrano 1.1 HFT speargun is a great option.
Things we like:
- Reloads much easier than other pneumatics
- Comfortable contoured handle
- Stylish design
- Lightweight and compact
- Robust trigger and line release
Things we don't like:
- There are no bad words to say about this outstanding Mares offering

DIVEIN's take
Why buy from Amazon?
Amazon has a documented Prime delivery program that covers millions of items, and that is the most concrete order-related support behind buying here.
Worth knowing
Some customers report slower replies or needing more follow-up than expected when they asked for help after ordering. If an order needs post-purchase support, that part of the experience is not always smooth.
Some customers also report delivery problems after ordering. That keeps follow-up and delivery as the areas to watch if you place the order here.
Accepted payments

Shipping & returns
Free shipping on eligible orders meeting the minimum threshold. Ships from Amazon fulfillment centers or third-party sellers, depending on the listing; seller-shipped items may take longer. Most items sold on Amazon.com may be returned within 30 days of delivery; exceptions apply.
